Sasha King is a owner and a licensed Broker at Sunetha Property Management.  She brings over 28 years of Multi-Family Property Management experience managing apartment and commercial buildings in the high pace Southern California rental market.  Her focus is on attaining the company’s operational and financial goals while reinforcing the highest level of customer service to our owners, tenants, and guests.  Sasha is passionate about helping homeowners protect their investment, maximize their rental income, and enjoys sharing her expertise with the community.

Darryl Griffin is Sunrise Property Management’s Maintenance Tech. Darryl owned his own Property Maintenance Business in the Lafayette, Colorado area  for over 20 years.  Darryl specializes in all areas of carpentry, drywall, taping and texturing, tile, flooring, and  he is able to do minor plumbing and electrical work.  There is not much Darryl cannot do and if you are looking for perfection, Darryl is our guy!!  In his spare time Darryl rides fat tire bikes, disc golfs,  hikes,  skis,  volunteers on Dust 2 trail work, mountain bikes, and hangs out with his wife Joni and  wears his mask.

Teena Carney is a seasoned administrative professional with a strong background in hospitality and property management. With 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she has spent two decades as a Task Force General Manager, specializing in hotel remodels and new builds. Her operations, strategic planning, and project management expertise has contributed to the successful execution of numerous hospitality projects.

Teena holds a double major in Accounting and Business Management, equipping her with a strong financial and organizational foundation. Her leadership and problem-solving skills make her a valuable asset in both hospitality and administrative roles.
